Search Terms
When a name, location, or other detail is entered into a search box supplied by a third-party provider, that query is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Guthrie County Inmate Population does not keep its own database of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the message and contact details may be kept long enough to read, route, and answer it. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless a legal requirement makes disclosure necessary.

Iowa Code Chapter 22 governs public access to many records held by public bodies, but it does not turn this private site into the custodian of Guthrie County, court, jail, or Iowa DOC records. Requests for official public records should go to the agency that maintains the record.
